This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing work for Arlo Agro, a farm operations software platform provided by Navelina SAS ("Arlo," "we," "us," or "our").
Online orders are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for online purchases and may handle payment support, invoices, taxes, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds according to Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for your first paid Arlo Agro subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first subscription purchase for a full refund.
This first-purchase guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase for a farm or organization. It does not automatically apply to later renewals, reactivations, upgrades, add-ons, implementation packages, or custom enterprise services unless required by law or expressly stated in a written order form.
To request a refund, use one of the methods below.
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period. Paddle or Arlo may request information needed to locate the transaction, verify timing, prevent fraud, and process the refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed by Paddle back to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on Paddle, payment networks, banks, and local payment methods. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment method rules may affect the final timing or amount where required by law or Paddle's policies.
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded subscription may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated. You should export any records you need before requesting a refund if possible.
You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewal. Unless a refund is approved or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of that period.
You can cancel through the billing controls available in your account, through the Paddle buyer portal or confirmation email links, or by contacting support at [email protected].
Renewal payments, plan upgrades, AI/Smart upgrades, add-ons, custom onboarding, data import, concierge setup, implementation fees, multi-estate arrangements, pilot fees, and enterprise or Plantation custom quotes are refundable only where required by law, approved by Paddle, approved by Arlo case-by-case, or expressly stated in a written order form.

If Arlo offers a free trial, no subscription fee is charged for the trial unless you start a paid subscription. If Arlo offers a paid pilot or guided implementation, the refund terms for that pilot may be stated in the applicable order form or written agreement.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, chargeback rights, or other non-waivable rights under applicable law. If applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms provide greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
