For perennial estates and the crews who work them.

  • Orange trees heavy with fruit on an estate near Sagunto, Spain Citrus

  • Hass avocados hanging on the tree in a California grove Avocado
  • Rows of oil palms on a plantation in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria Oil palm

Running the estate takes the whole day. Managing it gets left for later.

Today

  1. Capturing the data is the hardest part.

It stays in a notebook, a WhatsApp voice note, or the foreman's memory.

  2. What little gets captured is scattered.

Expenses go in one spreadsheet, tasks in another, and photos in the chat.

  3. No one knows what a kilo costs.

Every week you pay jornales without knowing which lot or task they went to.

  4. Margin by lot never gets calculated.

Working it out in a spreadsheet takes hours no one on the estate has.

  5. And you lose kilos and margin without seeing where.

A pest gets spotted late, an input sits in the warehouse, a lot sells below its cost.

With Arlo

  1. Your crew records it from the phone or on WhatsApp.

  2. Everything goes into one record.

  3. You know what each kilo costs you.

  4. Arlo calculates it and explains it to you on WhatsApp.

  5. More margin and more kilos, lot by lot.

How Arlo works.

  1. Your team records in the field

From the phone, they record every task, tree, supply exit, and kilo with photo and GPS, or send it on WhatsApp. Sanitation routes and harvest entries work without signal.

What's already managed in Arlo.

Figures as of August 2026, from estates growing citrus, avocado, oil palm, and more.

“Arlo changed how we manage plant health. Sanitation data, GPS-tracked inspections, and supply records give us a clearer view of what is happening in the field.”

Getting started is simple.

  1. A 20-minute call

Tell us your crops, lots, and crews. We'll tell you straight whether Arlo fits.

  2. We set up your estate with you

We load your lots, users, and the modules you'll use first. If you already have a lot map, we import it.

  3. Your team starts recording

They record on the phone or on WhatsApp, and you see it all in one place.

See if Arlo fits your operation

In 20 minutes we go over your crops, hectares, lots, crews, supplies, and pest and disease control, and tell you straight whether Arlo fits.

Frequently asked questions

Is this crop management software or precision agriculture?
Crop management software. Arlo records what your crews actually did on each lot: field work, supplies, sanitation routes, harvest, and remisiones, in one system. It is not precision agriculture. It uses no sensors or tractor telemetry, and there is no hardware to install. Your team records from the phone they already carry.
Which crops and estate sizes is Arlo built for?
Professionally managed perennial estates: citrus, avocado, oil palm, banana and plantain, coffee, cacao, berries, table grapes, olives, and other orchard crops. The best fit is 250 to 2,000 hectares, or 100 hectares and up for high-value export crops, with several lots, crews, or contractors. Arlo is not built for annual row crops or livestock.
How much does Arlo cost?
Arlo is one subscription per farm, priced by the size of the estate, with unlimited users. You never pay per seat, so adding supervisors, monitors, or office staff costs nothing extra. Billing is monthly or annual. We quote your estate after a 20-minute demo, once we know your hectares, lots, and how complex the operation is.
Is there a free version of Arlo?
No. Arlo is built for estates with several lots, crews, and contractors, and it is priced as the system that runs the operation, not as a free farm app or field notebook. Instead of a free tier, your first paid subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does Arlo replace our accounting software or ERP?
No. Your accounting software or ERP keeps the books; Arlo keeps the field record. Arlo costs every jornal and supply against its lot and task as your team records it, so you see what each lot really costs. Reports export to Excel and PDF for your accountant. Arlo does not run payroll and does not connect directly to accounting systems.
Does Arlo work without signal in the field?
Yes, for sanitation routes and harvest entries, the two jobs that happen farthest from signal. Both are saved on the phone and upload when the connection returns. Field task progress, supply exits, and custom forms need a connection at the moment they are saved.
Do we need an app, and will our field team use it?
There is nothing to download from an app store. Arlo runs in the phone's browser on Android or iPhone and installs to the home screen like an app. We built the field screens for sunlight, gloves, and low-end Android phones. Adoption still depends on an owner who requires it and one internal champion, and we check for both in the demo.
How many users can we add?
As many as you need. Every plan includes unlimited users: owners, managers, supervisors, sanitation monitors, warehouse staff, and the sales office all work in the same system. Each person gets a role that controls what they can see and edit, prices included. Arlo tracks contractors and crews as records, so it costs their work even if they never log in.
Can Arlo show production cost and margin by lot?
Yes. Arlo costs field work and supplies against their lot as your team records them, and each remisión carries the price the buyer paid. From that, Arlo calculates income, direct costs, net result, cost per kilo, and average price per kilo for every lot, ranks the lots, and colors the estate map by margin. The ranking downloads to Excel.
How does the WhatsApp assistant work?
You ask about your estate on WhatsApp and Arlo's AI answers from your own records: last week's mite levels, which lot is losing money, what left the warehouse. Supervisors can also record field task progress, supply exits, and harvest counts by text message. WhatsApp access comes with the Smart plan, and your data is never used to train AI models.
How do we get started, and can we import our data?
It starts with a 20-minute call to check the fit. Then we set up the estate with you: lots, users, task catalog, supplies, and the inspection forms you will use first. Lot maps import from Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, or KMZ files, and supplies, contractors, clients, and tasks upload from Excel templates. The milestone to plan for is your first complete cycle recorded in Arlo.
Which countries and languages does Arlo support?
Arlo is available to estates in Latin America, the United States, and Spain, and works fully in Spanish and English, from field capture to reports and exports. It keeps the estate's own terms: lote, jornal, contratista, remisión. Each farm sets its own currency, and reports show hectares or acres.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your estate's records stay yours, each farm's data is isolated from every other customer, and none of it is used to train AI models. You can export to Excel and PDF whenever you want, and after a cancellation the data is kept for three months so you can download what you need.
